Enhanced QR Code Reader for PAN Card is an application developed under instructions of NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited (NSDL e-Gov) for reading information on PAN Card with the new Enhanced QR Code feature.
NSDL e-Gov ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website www.tin-nsdl.com and manages the Enhanced QR Code Reader for PAN Card mobile application (herein after referred to as “the application").
I. Personal Information Collection, Usage, Disclosures and Consent
We do not collect information other than standard information available while downloading application from Goole Playstore.
We require you to permit the application to access the phone status and camera for the intended usage and requirements of the application.
We are committed to providing our users ("you", "your" or "them") with facility to read the information in Enhanced QR Code printed on PAN Cards.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use the application for the purpose specified.
We will only collect Personal Information that is necessary to fulfil the following purposes:

If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, please note that the information, including Personal Information, with respect to your phone identity and registration details will be available to us in India and the same may be processed here.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy, is confirmed by installing this application and allowing permission to access phone identity and camera functionality.
You further agree to share your information to be received by NSDL e-Gov in India.
If you wish to delete your information then you need to disable and delete the application and provide conformance of the same and thereafter the information shall be removed from our database. However, the registration details shall be kept for statutory and legal requirements.
IV. Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
